Felix–Nina Wedding invitation

23.05.2026 , @Denver, Douala

An elegant flat lay of Cameroonian traditional wedding invitation cards, printed on thick ivory cardstock with embossed gold lettering reading “Felix & Nina.” The invitations are arranged on a deep emerald silk fabric, beside a carved wooden ring box, kola nuts, and a strip of richly patterned kente-inspired cloth. Soft, diffused daylight from a nearby window creates gentle highlights on the metallic foil and subtle shadows in the fabric folds. The mood is sophisticated and ceremonial, suggesting an exclusive event. Photographic realism with a clean, modern composition shot from directly above, using a shallow depth of field so the central card is in crisp focus while the surrounding cultural elements blur softly into the background.

Our path to this day

From Camerooon to Canada and beyond, our paths crossed through family and faith. After years of shared laughter, late‑night calls, we knew our futures were woven together. This traditional celebration is our way of honoring our families, our cultures, and the love that has grown between us.

A refined display of traditional Cameroonian wedding attire without mannequins, carefully arranged on a low, upholstered bench. A folded, richly woven ndop cloth in deep indigo and white geometric patterns lies beside a delicately embroidered gold and burgundy wrapper, with matching head-ties artfully draped to show their sheen. Beaded jewelry and an ornate, hand-carved wooden fan are placed in the foreground. Soft afternoon light filters through sheer curtains, grazing the fabrics, enhancing their luxurious textures and casting gentle shadows. The mood is reverent and sophisticated, highlighting cultural heritage. Photographic realism with a three-quarter angle, using the rule of thirds to balance the arrangement, and a shallow depth of field that keeps the textiles sharp while the neutral-toned room fades into a creamy blur.
